This application allows you to change CDA trustee.

Important notes:

• This service will take about 5 minutes to complete.
• If you are changing CDA trustee to your spouse who is a Singapore Citizen/ Permanent Resident, he/she is required to accept the relevant terms and conditions under the Acceptance of CDA Bank Terms & Conditions service. After your spouse’s acceptance, this application will be processed within 1 week.
• If you are changing CDA trustee to a 3rd party or foreigner, MSF will send him/ her a Letter of Authorisation (LOA) within 5 working days. The new nominated CDA trustee has to bring the LOA and visit the CDA Bank branch to effect the change.
